By using Snapgrove Pets you agree to these terms. The service is provided as-is by Alberta 2800977 Inc. dba Snapgrove.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos you upload and own the AI-generated outputs. You grant us a limited license to store and process them so the service can function.
Acceptable use
Do not upload images you do not have rights to, or images of people without consent. Do not use the service to harass, defame, or generate unlawful content.
Refunds
Failed generations are automatically refunded as credits. For other issues, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Apple End User License Agreement (iOS)
The following terms apply specifically to your use of the Snapgrove Pets iOS application (the “Licensed Application”) obtained from Apple’s App Store. Alberta 2800977 Inc. dba Snapgrove (“Licensor”) is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”).
Scope of licence
Licensor grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service. You may not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Application. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or modify the Licensed Application or any part thereof.
Maintenance and support
Licensor is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application, as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Licensed Application. Contact us at support@snapgrove.ai for support requests.
Warranty
Licensor warrants that the Licensed Application will perform substantially as described. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Licensor’s sole responsibility.
Product claims
Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Intellectual property
In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Licensor, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
Legal compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-party terms of agreement
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application. For example, if you use a VoIP application, then you must not be in violation of their wireless data service agreement when using the Licensed Application.
Third-party beneficiary
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
